Video Insight saves the recorded video using MJPEG compression and stores these images in an AVI file format.

The Long Term Storage module (LTS) allows you to keep more recorded history by moving, recompressing or trimming the original files making room for new files.

The easy to use application connects to the video data directory and allows you to over write the original files or move them to another location after they have been compressed.

The new archived files can be viewed with Video Insight or any Windows Media Player.
